Stephen is a well respected business mentor, who has honed his skills in regional South Australia.
A qualified accountant since 1989 and a registered tax agent since 1995, he became the practice manager of the Bird Cameron Murray Bridge office in 1990.
Along with a fellow accountant he purchased the practice in 1995 and developed it into being a well respected and major accounting firm in the district.
Whilst at Bird Cameron a major role was the fiscal management of the government funding to the indigenous organisation of Raukkan and Kalparrin Rehabilitation Services both community service programmes.
Since 1991 a wealth of experience has been gained as a TAFE lecturer in Small Business Management and Rural Education Management which ignited a passion to help people with vision develop and grow through training. This desire to see people succeed and achieve their dreams was the main motivation to develop Pegasos Strategic Training.
Stephen has long periods of service with the Steriline group of companies, exporters of racing equipment and broad acre irrigators and Australian Southern Bluefin Exporters Pty Ltd, exporters of Bluefin Tuna. This has equipped him with a wealth of knowledge and experience which is available to all.

Fran is very talented and a vital trainer who heads up the training department of Pegasos Strategic Training. Fran is a trainer in high demand within industry. Frontline management being her speciality, Fran has trained and worked in numerous areas of industry. The health system has used Fran's training expertise extensively with training undertaken in both public and private hospitals. Fran's skills have also been in demand within the Call Centre Industry.
Extensive training with TAFE has developed Fran's skills and along with a natural flair for business has made an all round and complete training professional with both knowledge and empathy.

Travis has extensive experience in many facets of the Information Technology Industry.
The operation of BDTS has enabled him access to cutting edge technology of both software and hardware.
Through completion of a Bachelor of Information technology degree, he has both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in many facets of the field, for example client server architecture, web page design, software engineering and business process re engineering. Travis has demonstrated real world applications of expertise not only through management of his own business, but through the administration of over a 1,000 machines in a client server network environment at educational department schools and with commercial clients. These commercial clients include national organisations.

David Nuske OHSW Consultant
David has had 15 years of wide ranging experience in the field of Occupational Health Safety and Welfare and has in-depth knowledge of claims management and associated rehabilitation.
As a former Police Office with 20 years service, he rose to the rank of Detective Sergeant and this role equipped him with compressive practical knowledge in regard to human relations, conflict resolution mediation and equal opportunities.
He has worked in manufacturing environments with self insured employers including an automotive manufacturer and a components manufacturer as a workers compensation claims manager and is currently working with a government department in the same role.
David holds the Professional Management Program Certificate from the University of Adelaide. He is also a qualified Internal Occupational Health and Safety Systems Auditor.

Leanne has over 15 years experience working in a rural education environment. With a passion for lifelong learning, she has been instrumental in ensuring the rural community has access to training. As a coordinator of adult learning programs, she has obtained grant funding to assist community members to recognise their personal and business potential.
As a coordinator of the "FarmBis" and "Networking for You" programs Leanne has utilised opportunities to gain new skills and knowledge. Recognising the importance of flexible learning, she was successful in obtaining a scholarship to further her skills in this area.
Leanne has qualifications in Workplace Training, Rural Business Management, Business, and Community Services Management. With experience as a facilitator, mentor and coach and with knowledge of a broad range of training programs she understands pathways for further training to gain qualifications.

More recently Darryn has utilised both his Occupational Therapy and Ergonomics skills within private practice.
