To avoid downtime, and maximise participation, PEGASOS STRATEGIC TRAINING Pty. Ltd. will tailor training courses to suit your specific needs. In addition, training can be carried out on-site, at your premises, during working hours, thus avoiding overtime and costly downtime and expenditure costs.

We will also cater for weekend off-site training, either within our premises at Level 3, 47 South Terrace Adelaide or at alternative venues.

This enables staff to gain formal qualifications without leaving their workplace.

PEGASOS STRATEGIC TRAINING Pty. Ltd. is an experienced Registered Training Organisation based in Adelaide and Regional South Australia. The principals, having worked in and with all types of enterprises have developed a strong empathy and understanding of your needs.

Staff enhancement

PEGASOS STRATEGIC TRAINING Pty. Ltd. employs qualified workplace trainers and assessors with industry experience. Trainers will visit the workplace during working hours and will train at the most appropriate time of the day. Training is conducted on average each 6 weeks for a minimum of 2 hours per session.

There are no tests, exams or homework

All work is completed in the 2 hour workshop with the workplace trainer and assessor. The training is conducted in a small group which makes the learning experience fun, interactive, and staff are able to share their experiences and ideas with others.

Attendance is all that is required, as all resources and materials are provided by our highly experienced trainers.

A formalised qualification can assist with professional development

Staff participating in a course will receive a formalised qualification which is nationally recognised and can lead to a job promotion.
