RETURNING INJURED WORKERS TO POSITIVE AND PRODUCTIVE EMPLOYMENT.

We at Pegasos have developed a unique continuum for returning injured workers to positive and productive employment.

We have established a network of appraising employers in the customer service industry who require on a continuing basis trained qualified staff.

Most have a core group of long term employees but natural attrition requires a continuous need for new staff.

We have a number of appraising employers who have plans to expand (minimum 30% increase) who will require addition staff over the next Twelve (12) months.

We offer you the following.

1. The candidates will undergo an intensive two (2) weeks training in Customer Contact Certificate III. This is an accredited course. Thecandidates will be eligible for trainee ship funding with the new employer. Alternatively the candidate will have a Certificate III qualification at the end of six (6) weeks.

2. The course has been structured in such a manner that the candidate will complete the core competencies plus electives to achieve competency. However should the candidate not achieve employment in the customer service industry they may undertake additional core units to complete a qualification in business administration.

3. The program meets all the obligations of section 58B of the Workcover Act.

4. Our experienced staff will expertly case manage the candidates whilst in the appraising employers premises for a four (4) week period. All reports will be Workcover compliant and will fulfill all contingencies.

5.The appraising employers are genuine employers looking for staff to engage in a positive and productive employment on a long term basis.

6. The entire course is six (6) weeks being two weeks intensive training and four (4) in the appraising period.

7. We know this will give candidates the opportunity to rebuild their lives in a positive and empathic environment that is designed to build self worth and regenerate a positive attitude.

8. Pegasos is one of very few registered training organisations who can offer this continuum now.

9. Our trainer has been a prime instigator and developer of the Customer Contact course. She has extensive experience in the industry as an employee, team leader, manager and ultimately a lecturer.

10. Pegasos is staffed by experience personnel with years of experience in Business Mentoring, Training, Workcover, I.T.

11. The large network in industry, training and rehabilitation is our core differentiator that we are proud and fortunate to have established.

12. We have established our own training facility at South Terrace, Adelaide, SA 5000 which can accommodate wheelchair access.

Fee Structure

This unique program has a base rate of $3,750 plus GST per candidate.
This will include resources, training, materials, case management (4 weeks), reporting and accreditation.

Additional fees will apply for extended training or case management depending on circumstances
